Plan to join AGPA in New York City, March 2-7, 2026, or online on Zoom for Connect 2026.
The annual AGPA Connect is for mental health professionals, clinicians, psychiatric residents, and graduate students in mental health degree programs working with groups or in training who wish to be kept abreast of new developments and expand the scope of their clinical practices. It comprises three major sections: the Special Institute, the Two-Day Institute, and the Conference.
Submit a Proposal for Connect 2026
AGPA is accepting proposals for Connect 2026. The theme of Connect 2026, Group Life: Holding Space for Deeper Connection in Complex Times, invites proposals that consider and speak to the complex identities of ourselves as well as those we seek to serve and attract into our group community.
For 2026, we are building a concurrent virtual and in-person program to allow for greater accessibility to quality mental health offerings to a greater number of people worldwide. We strongly encourage submissions that will be presented virtually, whether you are with us in person or joining remotely. The annual event will take place from March 2-7, 2026. The in-person meeting will be held in New York City at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
