Institute for Individual and Group Psychotherapy Endows New Scholarship with the Group Foundation

The Group Foundation for Advancing Mental Health has announced the establishment of the Institute for Individual and Group Psychotherapy (IIGP) Scholarship, created through the generosity of the IIGP. The scholarship supports graduate students and early career therapists training in psychodynamic group therapy and using the combined model of individual and group work. Preference will be given to applicants who have participated in therapy themselves and to those residing in Michigan, where the Institute was founded. The award provides up to six days of registration for AGPA Connect and a travel stipend. Applications are now open for AGPA Connect 2026 in New York City.
