COMMUNITY
We promote the advancement of group therapy in the mental health community through funding for professional and public education.
We foster relationships among professionals and the public through partnerships.
We support community outreach programs for trauma relief, e.g. Camp Galaxy for Armed Services and National Guard children, terrorist and other violent attacks, hurricane and other natural disaster survivors and care-giver support.
We are the leader in the movement to raise the understanding of group work and the power of group therapy within the wider community of professionals as well as the general public.
RESEARCH
