The Group Circle is the official newsletter of the American Group Psychotherapy Association and International Board for Certification of Group Psychotherapists, published quarterly.

The Group Circle welcomes submissions from members on topics pertinent to the AGPA membership. Among the kinds of submissions that will be considered are the following:

  • News articles
  • Research reports (focusing on results)
  • Perspectives and opinions about matters that pertain to group psychotherapy
  • Letters to the Editor
  • Feature articles
  • Consultation, Please

 

Submissions should in general be brief (between 200-300 words) but may vary depending upon the subject matter. While submission does not guarantee publication, the Editor will work with those who submit material to achieve publication whenever possible. See submission guidelines for details.

You are also welcome to suggest ideas even if you do not want to write about them yourself. If you have an idea you wish to discuss, contact Dr. Tony Sheppard, Editor, at [email protected].
